After dipping in and out of yoga classes for a few years I tried Bikram yoga in 2010. At that time the challenge of the hot room and the repetition of the sequence allowed me to quiet my busy mind and find a meditation in the movement, which kept me coming back for more.
My yoga practice has developed and expanded since the early years and I am still always learning and exploring. I completed Fierce Grace 250hr Teacher Training in 2018 and DCHY Hatha Flow 100hr Teacher Training in 2021. I love the community, energy, and discipline that comes with practicing and teaching, and I also find a great playfulness and creativity in yoga.
Yoga has a hugely positive impact on my life and has helped me to develop off the mat as much as on the mat. It is a privilege to be able to facilitate and help others with their yoga practice, whatever their reasons for rolling out the mat.
