DCHY Covid Guidelines

Please read through and familiarise yourself with our studio guidelines. A lot of these guidelines are common sense but need to be adhered to so everyone feels safe and can stay safe. Thank you for paying attention to these guidelines, we look forward to seeing you in class!


  1. Class sign in starts 10 minutes before the class start time (please do not ring the buzzer before this time and do not ring any of the other floors).
  2. Please use the hand sanitiser as you come in the front door and in the hot room.
  3. Make sure that any tissues are placed on your towel and not on the floor.
  4. Please ensure that your entire mat is covered by one or two towels. We have yoga mat towels for rent or for purchase at the front desk.
  5. All breathing throughout the class is through the nose.
  6. We ask that you take no more than a 2 - 4 minute relaxation at the end of the class and that everyone has left the building 15 minutes after the class has finished.
  7. All classes are to be booked online via the Mindbody App - Dublin City Hot Yoga. You can cancel your class up to 10 hours before the class without loosing your class.
  8. Please do not come into the studio if you have Covid or are a close contact. 
  9. If you are in close contact with someone vulnerable please realise the risk and that DCHY cannot be held responsible.
