I started my yoga journey practicing Bikram yoga in 2002 after a serious running accident, which had left me with chronic pain in my hip and back. Perseverance and commitment to my yoga practice has not only cured my pain but I’m also so much stronger and more flexible. My own yoga experience has given me a passion and desire to help others take care of themselves through the practice of Bikram and Yin yoga. I’ve spent years working with students and teaching in numerous studios/businesses throughout Ireland and California. I love the inspiration and healing yoga brings physically and mentally and I want to bring that to those I teach. I completed Bikram Teacher Training in 2008 and Yin Yoga in 2016 and currently training with Untraining Hybrid 200hr Teacher Training
