Located in the heart of Dublin city centre, on Drury Street, steps away from Grafton Street, you’ll find our door between Starbucks and Brook’s Hotel. We are on the 2nd floor over looking the redbrick buildings of Fade Street and the Georges Street Arcade.
We specialise in hot yoga, yoga practiced in the heat. Practising hot yoga is a great way to get your body to sweat and get rid of toxins, as well as stretching your muscles more deeply and safely with the added heat. And, nothing quite beats the feeling of stepping into the heated room!
The main hot classes we offer are: The Original Hot Yoga Sequence (Hot60 / Hot75 / Hot90) and a Hot Flow as well as non-heated Yin Yoga.
All classes are open level and beginner friendly. Even if you have NEVER done yoga, you can join any of these classes. Class sign in starts 10 minutes before the class start time.
We would appreciate if you do not ring the buzzer before this time. The studio closes 15 minutes after the class.
Classes
HOT 90:
The original 90 minute hot yoga series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises designed to get you fit, healthy, and flexible and work your entire body inside out, physically and mentally. Always the same, but always very different. You will work hard, sweat a lot and feel great! We recommend this class for all students, especially first time students.
HOT 75:
Just a little shorter than the 90 minutes. You'll hardly notice the difference!
HOT 60:
A shorter version of the original 26 and 2 so you can always make class! However don’t be fooled be this 60 minute class. By flowing some of the postures together we save time and nearly do all the postures twice. Expect the same intensity as the regular class, if not more! Suitable for all levels.
Hatha Flow
This class is perfect for all levels. We start slowly and low to the floor, gradually building the movement with steady momentum and breath. Expect child pose, cat cow, down dogs, planks as well as lots of lunges to work the lower body (hips and legs), core work (stomach), balancing postures (concentration and co-ordination), all while matching breath to movement. A great class to work on your stamina, strength and grace while flowing to some cool tunes! Be prepared to sweat and shine!
Fi Flow
A 60 minute set flow sequence practiced in the heat that will leave your body feeling open and your mind calm.
Perfect if you like to know what's coming next or if you are new to the flow practice as it focuses on the foundations of the flow class. This sequence was put together by Fiona and especially focuses on opening the hips, a great compliment to the 26&2 class.
You will move, sweat and learn to focus on your breath. Open level, no experience necessary.
The Hot Fusion Class!
The hot fusion class is based on the original 26&2 hot yoga sequence. It is the 26&2 class and a little bit more! The class incorporates the foundation and back bending postures from the original hot yoga sequence in addition with hip opening postures, some binds, and some fun basic arm balances! An all rounded yoga practice where we stick to the same sequence so you can develop your postures and monitor your own progress from one class to the next. Be prepared to be pushed and work your entire body. We used to call this class the ‘Level 2’ class, however we have changed the name as it an open level and everyone is welcome !
YIN
Relax, restore and recharge yourself with this slower paced class that targets the connective tissues (such as ligaments and fascia) by relaxing into these specific yin postures with little or no muscle contraction. The class is not heated and most poses are done seated or lying down and held for up to 5 minutes. No experience necessary.
